• This site allows you to access the Judiciary of Guam’s Online Services Portal
through a secure web server (also referred to as a ‘Portal’).
• The accessed data is refreshed in real time. Users can access the Portal 24/7,
except during maintenance determined by the Court or its vendor. A notice
will be posted on the Court’s website during maintenance windows,
whenever possible. Users are warned that there may be periods of system
unavailability during the maintenance windows. .
• The Court reserves the right to block or halt any activity on the Portal that
affects system performance. Automated data mining above a Court
determined threshold is not supported by this system. If such activity is
detected, the Court has the right to limit usage to maintain overall system
performance.
• If any problems occur while creating the account, please use the ‘Contact Us’
link on the Home page. When possible, include the following details when
sending feedback: error message, screenshot, etc.
• Users acknowledge and consent that the Court will monitor and audit any
access to the Portal using a login ID and password.
• Access to the Portal is granted solely at the Court's discretion. The Court will
control access by enabling or disabling User IDs on an as-needed basis.
• Any person who willfully destroys or alters any court record maintained
electronically is subject to the penalties imposed by Court Rules or Guam
Law.
Restrictions on Access and Use
• Portal access is limited to the specific electronic case information and
records that are reasonably available to the public, except those sealed by
court order or made confidential by law.
• By accessing or using this Website and its content, you agree to comply with
these Terms of Use and applicable laws, court rules, administrative orders,
and court orders.
• This Website and its content are protected by applicable copyrights and
other proprietary and intellectual property rights.
• If you forget your password, please click the ‘Request new password’ link to
reset it.
About Portal Searches
• A Case Search in the Portal returns a list of case numbers and case data
matching the entered information, if available for public viewing.
• Court data is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Judiciary
makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability,
completeness, or availability of court data, and shall not have any liability for
any of the foregoing. The Judiciary is not responsible for any discrepancies
between court data and data from other sources, including any official
record. In no event shall the Judiciary be liable for consequential, indirect,
incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Indemnification: Portal users shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the
Judiciary (its officers, employees, agents, and contractors) from and against
all liabilities, damages, claims, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any
way relating to the Portal user’s acts, omissions, or breach of these terms of
use, or any access, use, storage, or disclosure of Court Data, as well as
noncompliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• The provisions of this section shall survive the expiration or termination of
Portal user accounts.
